Pre-k Counts provides quality childcare for families in the community at no cost, who meet specific guidelines based off of family size and income. Established by the Pennsylvania Department of Education, this program provides opportunities for several 3 and 4 year olds in our community, and often serves those more at risk.
We currently have one Pre-K Counts classroom, with 20 children and 3 teachers. Our program follows the State College Area School District calendar, and runs from 8:15am - 1:45pm. Wrap-around care is available for an additional cost. We provide breakfast and lunch for the children daily.
